„Leider erfüllt das Haus nicht, dass was es verspricht!!!
Das Personal war stehts freundlich!!
Leider entsprachen die Zimmer nicht dem was wir bestellt haben. Wir haben dies schon im Juni erwähnt, dass wir ruhige Zimmer möchten. Wir haben es nun mehr 3 mal versucht. Wir haben schon beim der ersten Buchung mitgeteilt, das in diesem Zimmer die Dusche katastrophal ist und das halbe Badezimmer danach unter Wasser steht. In der Nacht war es wieder sehr laut, da sich das Zimmer hinter der Reception befindet. Es wurde sehr laut gesprochen… Die Antwort war es war eine Gruppe im Haus… Dies ist nicht zum ersten Mal und wie es scheint werden Gruppenreisende bevorzugt. Wir haben dies zur Kenntnis genommen und werden in Zukunft unsere Aufenthalte in Medellin an anderen Orten buchen.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht um einen höheren Preis und bekamen eines ohne Fenster. Als wir das Zimmer mit Fenstern reklamierten waren alle sehr unfreundlich und haben sich auf spanisch vor uns(!) über uns lustig gemacht, weil sie dachten wir verstehen kein Spanisch und ich glaube, wir bekamen dann absichtlich das schlechteste Zimmer mit dem Fenster direkt zum Restaurant und Aufenthaltsraum. Beim Einchecken mussten wir unterschreiben, welches Inventar im Zimmer ist (4 Handtücher, 1 Föhn etc.), was ich als Frechheit empfand, weil scheinbar gleich angenommen wird, ich würde das alles sonst mitgehen lassen...? Für ein, sich als schönes Hotel präsentieren wollendes Etablissement, war es eine echt negative Erfahrungen und wir kommen sicher nie wieder.
